What Orca is

Orca is a home eye-training game for children. It is a wellness/education tool, not a registered medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Medical disclaimer

Always consult a qualified optometrist or ophthalmologist before starting eye-training. Stop using Orca if your child experiences eye strain, headache, dizziness, or other discomfort.

Access and licence

Purchase grants a single licence valid for 3 months from the purchase date, for personal use within one household. Sharing your licence key publicly is not permitted.

Refunds

If the app does not work for your device or your child, contact us within 7 days at hello@orcasee.com for a full refund.

Use at your own risk

Orca is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
